After... violating one beloved artist [that was Dante Gabriel Rossetti, with Santa Koala [link] which became my new ID], I've started developping a taste for it!
The original painting is Albrecht Dürer's "Self-Portrait" (1500), of course, and the face that replaced it belongs to the beautiful ~themonosandal. Far more attractive than Dürer, if you ask me. *giggles* It's his new ID now.
The photograph I manipulated for this collage was taken by ~themonosandal himself this Autumn.

Allow me to laugh because I can't seem to stop! The "violation" is wonderful!
-- "Hey," said Shadow. "Huginn or Munnin, or whoever you are." The bird turned, head tipped, suspiciously, on one side, and it stared at him with bright eyes. "Say, 'Nevermore'" said Shadow. "Fuck you" said the raven. " -> American Gods, Neil Gaiman
Having studied a bit of art history, I find this most entertaining.
